On June 7th, 2023, we gathered for our annual Safety Meeting, a crucial event that allowed us to reinforce our commitment to maintaining a secure and healthy work environment. Current Year EMR: Demonstrating Our Collective Safety Efforts

One significant highlight of the Safety Meeting was acknowledging our current year’s Experience Modification Rate (EMR), which stands at 0.77. This achievement reflects the dedication and teamwork of our entire workforce in upholding safety standards and fostering a secure workplace.

Justin Smith from Sunbelt Rentals: Enhancing Employee Training

During the meeting, we had the privilege of introducing Justin Smith, an esteemed representative from Sunbelt Rentals. Justin has been instrumental in providing our employees with training on crucial safety aspects such as Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), Forklift operations, and fall protection. With his expertise, we continue to empower our team with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all.

It’s crucial to be aware of the top four causes of construction fatalities: Falls, Struck-By incidents, Caught-In/Between accidents, and Electrocutions.
