The opening ceremonies will start at 8:00 am, preparing us for the walk that commences at 9:30 am. The Heart Walk is a celebration of life, resilience, and communal strength. Heart disease and stroke survivors are an integral part of the Heart Walk. Every survivor attending the event will receive a red ball cap, symbolizing their courage and resilience. They will also have the opportunity to interact with other survivors, sharing stories and drawing strength from one another.
