Ladder Safety Month

As we reflect on March’s National Ladder Safety Month, we’re proud of our employees for their participation and commitment to safety. At Fickling, safety is a core value that underpins everything we do. We believe that our employees are entitled to a safe and healthy workplace. Therefore, it’s important that we provide the resources and training necessary to make this a reality.

During National Ladder Safety Month, we held ladder safety training sessions to provide our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate ladders safely and effectively. Our training sessions emphasized the essential procedures to adhere to when working with ladders. This included appropriate ladder placement, three-point contact, and avoiding overreaching or standing on the top step or top cap.

National Ladder Safety Month allowed us to reaffirm our commitment to safety. We would like to thank our employees for their dedication this past month! We look forward to continuing to work together to promote a culture of safety and well-being in our workplace and beyond.

To continue participating in National Ladder Safety Month, use the hashtag #LadderSafetyMonth on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
